Dear Students,
On this sacred occasion of Doctor’s Day, my heart swells with pride as I see each one of you — once young, hopeful students preparing for NEET — now standing tall as doctors, healers, and responsible citizens of this nation.
From the first white coat to your first patient, the journey was never easy — and it wasn’t meant to be. Because true success has no substitute for hard work. Today, the world may preach shortcuts and smart hacks, but let me say this clearly: Smart work without hard work is a lie — a deceit.
What stands the test of time is dedication, discipline, and moral character.
You may now own cars, homes, status — and that is fine. But always remember:
🛣 सुख-दुख (joy and sorrow) are like two lanes of the same road.
💭 What truly matters is your intent, conduct, and humanity.
Medicine is not just a profession — it’s a pledge to serve. Let your life be an inspiration — not because of your wealth, but because of your values.
On this Doctor’s Day, may you continue to rise not just in position, but in purpose.
Be good, do good, and stay grounded.

प्रिय छात्रों,
डॉक्टर्स डे के इस पावन अवसर पर, एक शिक्षक के रूप में मेरा हृदय गर्व से भर जाता है जब मैं आपको — जो कभी NEET की तैयारी में लगे हुए विद्यार्थी थे — आज डॉक्टर के रूप में देखता हूँ, समाज में सशक्त और सम्माननीय स्थान पाए हुए।
आपकी यह यात्रा आसान नहीं थी — और होनी भी नहीं चाहिए थी। क्योंकि सच्ची सफलता का कोई विकल्प नहीं होता — सिर्फ मेहनत। आज की दुनिया चाहे जितना भी “स्मार्ट वर्क” की बात करे, सच्चाई यही है कि सिर्फ चालाकी, मेहनत के बिना, धोखा है।
समय के साथ आपकी गाड़ी बदली होगी, बंगला बड़ा हुआ होगा — यह ठीक है। लेकिन याद रखिए:
🚗 गाड़ी-बंगला ज़रूरी है, लेकिन उससे भी ज़्यादा ज़रूरी है आपका चरित्र।
😊 सुख-दुख जीवन की यात्रा का हिस्सा हैं।
🌱 जो चीज़ आपको श्रेष्ठ बनाती है, वह है आपकी सोच, आपका आचरण और सच्चाई।
चिकित्सा एक व्यवसाय नहीं, एक सेवा का संकल्प है। आपके हाथों में इलाज नहीं, उम्मीद होनी चाहिए।
इस डॉक्टर डे पर मैं आप सभी से यही कहूंगा —
ऊँचाइयाँ छूओ, लेकिन जमीन से जुड़े रहो।
डॉक्टर बनो, लेकिन इंसान पहले बनो।
